District 5 Updates – March 2022

The opportunity to pull election papers and file to run for office has passed. Without any opposition, I am pleased to serve you for another four years.  My second term will officially begin in January 2023. Providing good information, making myself available, and representing the Westside remain my top priorities.  I will continue to work for our fair share, especially as it pertains to road funding, homelessness remedies, public safety, and business development.  Finding ways to get things done more quickly and less expensively are in all our best interests.

Merced County will host a District 5 Virtual Town Hall on Wednesday, March 30th at 6:00 p.m. The agenda will include Department updates, County projects, District 5 information, and an opportunity for you to ask questions.

This is a Zoom meeting and there will be Spanish as well as Hmong listening options.

In addition to the Zoom link, the meeting will be available on Facebook. For more information or to access the Zoom meeting visit www.co.merced.ca.us/3227/Town-Hall-Meetings.

COFFEE TALK  – South Dos Palos

Please join me on Saturday, April 9th for Coffee Talk beginning at 9:30 am at South Dos Palos Water, 9095 N Street, South Dos Palos.

Coffee and donuts will be provided.

I am looking forward to meeting you, listening to you concerns or issues, and finding ways we can work together. See you there!
