Update: Dos Palos receives $11 million in state funding to help with water issues
FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — The City of Dos Palos is set to receive $11 million in state funding to address water issues that have plagued the community in recent months and previous years.

CANCELLATION OF BOIL WATER NOTICE
On September 30, 2020 you were notified of the need to boil/disinfect all tap water used for drinking and cooking purposes.
The City of Dos Palos Water System in conjunction with the State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water and the Merced County Department of Environmental Health, has determined that, through abatement of the health hazard and comprehensive testing of the water, your water is safe to drink. It is no longer necessary to boil your tap water or for you to consume bottled water.

CANCELACIÓN DEL AVISO DE AGUA HIRVIENDO
El 30 de septiembre de 2020 se le notificó la necesidad de hervir /desinfectar todo el agua del grifo utilizada para beber y cocinar.
El Sistema de Agua de la Ciudad de Dos Palos en conjunto con la Junta Estatal de Control de Recursos Hídricos, la División de Agua Potable y el Departamento de Salud Ambiental del Condado de Merced, ha determinado que, a través de la reducción del peligro para la salud y las pruebas exhaustivas del agua, su agua es segura para beber. Ya no es necesario hervir el agua del grifo o consumir agua embotellada.
